Emma is the big sister in the 3nine product family. Emma was designed specially for applications where a high air flow is essential, for example on very large or open machine tools such as metal lathes and other CNC machines.

Emma oil mist eliminator has a capacity of 1 800 cfm (3 000 m3/h). Multiple Emma’s can be interconnected using the 3nine modular system to create a solution for flow rates above 1 800 cfm (3 000 m3/h).

Like other 3nine products, Emma is a purely centrifugal oil mist separator, so its maintenance requirements are minimal.

Emma oil mist separatorEmma is extremely compact for its capacity: with a diameter of 26.4" (670 mm) and a height of 31.5" (800 mm), it is one third the size of an equivalent filter unit. This means that Emma can be installed above the machine tool, saving floor space and unnecessary pipe work.
