DU2W an external orbital grinding machine with double Wheel Head, equipped with CBN wheel with Steel body, for the complete machining of journals and pins of automotive crankshafts.
The particularity is the high production rate, and the completely automation of each machine axes, low setting time, high efficency and small space required.
Machine Basament is a welded structure fill by Composit material, with high dumping result. The axes are made with linear roll bearings, moved by linear motors.
