High performance combined with optimal control High performance combined with optimal static control. This is the new standard for anti-static bars. Through IQ platform compatibility, the EasION IQ 4.x ionisation bar will ensure a high efficiency of static neutralisation. Within the IQ Easy Platform, up to thirty ionisation and charging devices can be connected. The IQ platform is set up as a pro-active static neutraliser using the patented up-stream static charge evaluation technique. Adding a Sensor IQ Easy to the system enhances the efficiency by measuring the downstream residual static charge and regulating the ionisation efficiency in real time to ensure a very low residual static charge. The reinforced profile of the EasION IQ 4.x offers a rugged structure, with lengths up to 5 metres. The EasION IQ 4.x has an integrated high voltage power supply and only requires a low voltage input of 24V DC. It is equipped with a standard M12 connector for the 24V DC input. An LED indicates whether the bar is working properly or whether an error has been detected. The EasION IQ 4.x bar has protection class IP66, which allows easy cleaning. Universal mounting brackets are supplied for various mounting options. The EasION IQ 4.x can be used standalone or within our IQ platform. 2 versions are available; EasION IQ 4.0 – works with the Manager IQ 2.0 EasION IQ 4.1 – works with the Smart SLC
