The emptying button operates as a dead-man switch, i.e., it must be kept pressed.Operating SpeedThe loading speed is fixed and not adjustable. It is possible to equip the machine with a dedicated panel and speed regulator upon request. The capacity may vary depending on the bulk density of the product and should be verified for special needs before ordering. With an inverter, the output speed increases by about 30%.Screw DiameterThe standard version features a 100 mm diameter. Screws of 154 mm or larger can be made, to be evaluated at the time of order.Optional VibratorIt is possible to equip the doser with a vibrator that agitates the product. The vibrator can be manually operated by the operator and is usually used during emptying. It is generally not left on continuously as it would be very annoying. Ideal for products that tend to compact, ensuring a uniform flow. For automatic applications, it can be designed to activate regularly.
