Loading Ramps Series FPH190-220The ramps of the FPH190-220 series are perfect equipment for loading heavy vehicles, designed to ensure maximum strength and safety during loading and unloading operations of high-tonnage vehicles. Ideal for use in the agricultural and earthmoving sectors, these ramps are the perfect solution for use with heavy excavators, large tractors, combine harvesters, and other agricultural or industrial vehicles.Constructed with high-strength materials and reinforced structural profiles, they offer a load capacity of up to 12,000 kg, ensuring solidity even in the most extreme working conditions. The available length up to 5,000 mm allows for a controlled slope suitable for high beds and platforms, ensuring safety even during the maneuvering of tracked vehicles.The ramps are available both in the version with lateral safety edge with a height of 43 mm (for FPH190 models) and 50 mm (for FPH220 models), useful to prevent lateral slipping, and in the version without edge.The FPH220 version has a maximum internal width of 500 mm, but on request, a version with a greater width of 550 mm is also available, ideal for those who need a wider transit area.All models are supplied with a step anti-slip surface, designed to ensure maximum grip during use.LENGTH SELECTION:The choice of length is a fundamental aspect to ensure safe use of the ramp, which is calculated based on several factors:Loading height: The distance between the ground and the point where the ramp ends (usually the bed of a van). The greater this height, the longer the ramp must be to avoid too steep inclines.Ramp inclination: It is advisable to maintain a maximum slope between 20% and 30% depending on the type of load.Product weight: Another fundamental aspect is the weight of the vehicle/equipment to be loaded.
