The WEH® TW103-S90 connector was specially developed for the simple industrial filling of CO2 gas cylinders with collar/bead and residual pressure valve. Thanks to the innovative pneumatic control, it can be connected and disconnected in no time at all, even with constant media pressure. With its specially developed vent valve, the TW103-S90 enables gas cylinders to be filled quickly, safely and efficiently. With the help of our switching technology, the residual pressure valves in the cylinder valves can be opened or closed from the control panel using two externally controlled pneumatic lines. The expandable jaw segments ensure a firm and pressure-tight connection with the matching connection contour of the cylinder valve. At the same time, the valve is securely sealed while the residual pressure valve is opened pneumatically. Safety The WEH® TW103-S90 connector offers maximum safety and process control: Pneumatically controlled bleeding valve: Enables safe coupling and uncoupling even when pressure is applied, without prior manual pressure reduction. Optional sensor integration: The status of the connection position can be monitored with a safety sensor and forwarded to the control station as information. This provides additional protection and process control. Venting bores: In the event of an unintentional gas leak, these vent the gas to the side and protect the environment. In the variant with electrical sensor (micro switch), the connection position of the of the connector can be detected via the system.
