The HZCR-5000 power quality analyzer is a comprehensive testing instrument, carefully developed by our company and specially designed for field tests of three-phase networks. It is multifunctional, intelligent, and concise. Easy to use, it features a large high-resolution LCD display, Chinese and English interface, shockproof shell structure, and more. It can simultaneously measure 4-channel current (three-phase ABC current and neutral current), 4-channel voltage (three-phase ABC voltage and neutral-to-ground line voltage), current and voltage peak values, maximum/minimum values over a period, three-phase imbalance factor, short-term voltage flicker, transformer K factor, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor and displacement power factor, total and harmonic distortion, etc. It displays real-time waveforms, bar graphs of current and voltage harmonic ratios, dynamically captures instantaneous changes in current and voltage, monitors inrush current, monitors power parameters, generates alarm lists, and creates trend graphs for long-term test data recording.IntroductionThe HZCR-5000 power quality analyzer adopts a dual-processor DSP + ARM architecture. The DSP is used for data acquisition and algorithm processing, while the ARM is used for communication protocol and human-machine interface processing. Analog signal acquisition is performed via two ADI AD7655 processors, with 16-bit resolution and synchronous 4-channel sampling. The maximum sampling frequency can reach 1 MSPS, ensuring channel accuracy and information integrity, without missing any transient variations in the network, with greater precision in detecting drastic increases and decreases in transient waveforms and instantaneous waveform interruptions. The DSP operating frequency is above 200 MHz, enabling timely monitoring of the power grid and dynamic adjustment of the sampling frequency to synchronize power frequency and sampling frequency. It uses a 5.6-inch color LCD display with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, with different color differences between phase parameters, waveform, vector diagram, and harmonic ratio, allowing users to more efficiently and intuitively understand the status of power grid parameters. The built-in flash memory can store 60 groups of screens simultaneously, 150 groups of transient voltage/current waveform captures, and 12,800 groups of alarm lists. The inrush current detection mode can continuously capture the inrush current waveform for 100 seconds. The built-in 2GB memory card stores trend curve recordings, simultaneous recording of 20 parameters (selectable as needed), data collected every five seconds, and trend curve records can be archived for 300 days. The power quality analyzer, also called intelligent three-phase power quality analyzer or multifunctional power quality analyzer, integrates the functions of harmonic analyzer, phase volt-ammeter, and electrical parameter tester. It is suitable for the electric, petrochemical, metallurgical, railway, mining industries, scientific research institutes, and metrology departments. Particularly suitable for comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of all electrical parameters of voltage, current, power, harmonics, and phase.FunctionsReal-time waveform display (4 voltage channels/4 current channels).True RMS values of voltages and currents.DC components of voltages.Peak values of current and voltage.Minimum and maximum RMS values of current and voltage per half-cycle.Phasor diagram display.Measurement of each harmonic up to the 50th order.Bar graphs show the harmonic ratios of current and voltage for each phase.Total harmonic distortion (THD).Active, reactive, apparent power, per phase and cumulative.Active, reactive, apparent energy, per phase and cumulative.Transformer K factor.Power factors (PF) and displacement factors (DPF or COSΦ).Short-term voltage flicker (PST).Three-phase imbalance (current and voltage).Transient Capture FunctionMonitors instantaneous variations in power grid voltage and current parameters, including voltage and current fluctuations, surges, sags and interruptions, temporary overvoltages, inrush currents, and instantaneous voltage and current distortion. The instrument can store 150 sets of transient waveforms simultaneously.Inrush Current MonitoringMonitors peak line current and inrush current during the startup of electrical equipment, helping to properly design capacity. It is possible to view the rising/falling RMS curve during startup, the inrush current envelope curve, the 4-channel current waveform, and the 4-channel voltage waveform. Recording occurs for about 100 seconds after activation, storing instantaneous current/voltage and the waveform curve of each cycle in 100 seconds.Trend Chart Recording and Storage FunctionStores all test parameters of the basic test functions (Urms, Uthd, Ucf, Uunb, Hz, Vrms, Vthd, Vcf, Vunb, PST, Arms, Athd, Acf, Aunb, KF, W, VAR, VA, PF, COSΦ, TANΦ), 50 voltage harmonics, 50 current harmonics, and creates the trend curve. Records data for a long period as needed (simultaneous selection of 20 parameters to record data every five seconds, can record about 300 days).Alarm FunctionSet limit values as needed, monitoring values in case of exceeding; otherwise, an alarm log will be generated, e.g.: voltage, current, imbalance, harmonic ratio, frequency, active power, total harmonic distortion. It is possible to configure 40 different alarms, each group can set different monitoring parameters (including 50 harmonics, for a total of 123 different parameters) and limit values, as well as set the shortest exceedance time. The log can contain up to 12,800 alarms.Snapshot FunctionAny screen (screen snapshot) can be saved, automatically recording the time and test mode. For example, voltage and current waveforms, harmonic bar graphs, phasor diagrams, etc. A maximum of 60 screen snapshots can be saved.Communication FunctionCommunicate with a computer via USB; the monitoring software can display the power quality analysis waveform, read the transient waveform, record the trend chart, the alarm log, create screens, and display them on the computer.Setting FunctionThe user can configure the time and date, screen contrast and brightness, and define the colors of each phase curve.
