The Tan Delta tester for measuring the dielectric loss of insulating oils is an indispensable tool for professionals involved in maintaining the integrity of electrical systems. This sophisticated device is designed to measure the dielectric loss, or tan delta, of insulating oils, providing essential information about the condition and performance of these crucial materials.OverviewThe HZJD-2Z insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester is designed and manufactured based on the GB/T5654-2007 standard for measuring the relative permittivity, dielectric loss factor, and DC resistivity of liquid insulating materials. It is used to measure the dielectric dissipation factor and DC resistivity of insulating oil and other insulating liquids. The instrument features an integrated structure and incorporates a test cell, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, DC high voltage source, and other main components. The instrument adopts fully digital technology and all intelligent automatic measurements, is equipped with a large color LCD display (800*480), with each step guided in Chinese; test results can be automatically stored and printed, so that even operators without professional training can use it efficiently.Main Functions and FeaturesThe test cell used, with a three-electrode structure in line with the national standard GB/T5654-2007, with a spacing between electrodes of 2 mm, can eliminate the effects of parasitic capacitance and losses on dielectric loss test results. The device is equipped with an oil drain solenoid, and if not removed, the test cell can be emptied and rinsed with the test sample.The instrument adopts medium-frequency induction heating, with PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method has the advantages of no contact between the test cell and the heating body, uniform heating, high speed, convenient control, and strict temperature control within the preset temperature error range.The internal standard capacitor is a three-electrode capacitor filled with SF6 gas, and the dielectric loss and capacitance of the capacitor are independent of ambient temperature, humidity, and other effects, so the accuracy of the instrument can be guaranteed even after long-term use.The AC test power supply uses AC-DC-AC conversion, effectively avoiding fluctuations in voltage and network frequency that negatively affect the accuracy of dielectric loss measurement. The instrument can also operate correctly with a generator.Perfect protection function: in case of overvoltage, overcurrent, or high voltage short circuit, the instrument quickly cuts off the pressure and displays a warning message. Even in case of temperature sensor failure or disconnection, the instrument displays a warning message.There is a temperature limiter relay in the medium-frequency induction heating furnace. When the temperature exceeds 120°C, the instrument unlocks the relay and stops heating.More convenient setting of experimental parameters.
