It is particularly suitable for the automatic production of large-sized products. Depending on the model, the machine can produce products with diameters from 300 mm up to 3000 mm (box culverts up to 3000 mm x 3000 mm), with variable heights from 250 mm to 3000 mm, in single mode (multiple production is also available on request).Technical Features:The machine can be equipped with a hydraulic quick mold change system, simple and fast to use, allowing daily mold changes in less than 1.5 hours (no further adjustment of cores, external molds, and pressers is required after production change).The concrete feeding is fully automatic: the feeder belt is combined with a special epicyclic spreader, with 4 orbiting elements, which distributes the concrete in a minimum time even to the most peripheral points; this solution is particularly effective in the production of box culverts and large-sized products.Other features make Vibromax an extremely functional plant: mechanical and electronic vibration adjustment via inverter, inspectable loading bucket for cleaning operations, automatic ejection of products at the end of the cycle via motorized trolley, with possible subsequent handling and storage.The system can be integrated with automatic feeding of bases (performed frontally) and/or with cleaning and oiling of bases, insertion of gaskets, automatic overhead handling.
