Completely automatic machine for above-ground production by vibrocompression, with direct demolding of products with heights from 2000 mm to 3000 mm.PresentationCompletely automatic machine for the vibrocompression production of concrete pipes, with direct demolding. Bimatic operates above ground and is equipped with a soundproofing system; it uses the technology of movable cores, for the entire length of the product, with a head complete with a rotary spreader for concrete distribution. The machine can produce, depending on the various models, products with diameters from 300 mm to 1600 mm and heights from 2000 mm to 3000 mm, thanks to the mobile product holder plate that allows supporting the base at any height, while ensuring the seal on the external mold. Production can be single, double, or triple, with the possibility of mixed productions.Technical FeaturesThe machine is equipped with a hydraulic quick-change system for molds, simple and fast to use, allowing daily quick changes of molds in less than 1.5 hours (no longer requiring adjustment of cores, external molds, and pressers after production change).There is a system for precise management of product height, within a given tolerance.The concrete feeding is fully automatic: the feeder belts, with independent drive, supply concrete to the central point of each mold, always calibrating the right amount, in sync with the rotary spreaders mounted on the heads of the internal cores: this maximizes filling speed and ensures compaction quality, and also facilitates multiple productions of two or three products of different diameters.Other features make Bimatic an extremely functional plant: the internal pipe surface smoothing system, mechanical and electronic vibration adjustment via inverter, and an inspectable loading bucket for cleaning operations.The system can be integrated with automatic base feeding (performed from the rear) and/or with base cleaning and oiling, gasket insertion, and automatic overhead handling.
