Technical Features: In the standard configuration, the table is equipped with a frame for quick hydraulic fastening of the external molds (and quick mechanical fastening of the internal molds) with a simple and fast system, which allows for daily quick mold changes in very short times (no longer requiring adjustment of the external and internal molds after production change). The concrete feeding can be manual (with a simple conveyor belt controlled by the operator via joystick), semi-automatic (with conveyor belt complete with rotating distributor), or automatic (with conveyor belt complete with secondary rotating belt, managed by PC, with software to feed the mold following the external perimeter. This last solution is particularly effective in the production of box culverts and special products). Another feature that makes the vibrating table system extremely functional is the regulation of vibration both mechanically and electronically via inverter and the electronic regulation of the conveyor belt feeding speed (where provided). The general management and control of the machine can be, on request for more complex configurations, performed via PC Vicom system, with synoptics for machine status and anomaly control, complete with modules for remote assistance.
