Completely automatic machine for vibro-compression production, with direct and overturning demolding, for manufacturing products h1000-3000, particularly suitable for large-sized products.Product Presentation:Completely automatic machine for vibro-compression production, with both direct and overturning demolding, for a wide variety of concrete products; Rotovibromatic is particularly suitable for the automatic production of large-sized products, with or without monolithic bottom, even with special geometries.The machine can produce, depending on the model, products up to d3000 mm, or up to 3000×3000 mm, with a variable height from 250 mm to 3000 mm, in single mode (multiple production is also available on request). The type of vibration can be chosen according to needs (vibrating column with hydraulic locking/unlocking of the mold at each cycle, or vibrating table with hydraulic mold locking frame, or standard internal vibrator).Technical Features:Equipped with a bottom pressing system to ensure greater compaction and sealing.Can be equipped with a hydraulic quick mold change system, allowing daily quick changes in less than 1.5 hours (no need to adjust cores, external molds, and pressers after production change).Fully automatic concrete feeding: the feeder belt is combined with a special epicyclic spreader with 4 orbiting elements, distributing concrete even to the most peripheral points in minimal time. This is especially effective for the production of box culverts and large rectangular tanks.Other features: mechanical and electronic vibration adjustment via inverter, inspectable loading bucket for cleaning, automatic product ejection at the end of the cycle via motorized trolley, with possible subsequent handling and storage.The system can be integrated with automatic feeding of base pallets (flat bottoms) for overturning production, or standard bottoms for direct demolding, which will be performed frontally and/or with cleaning and oiling of the bottoms, insertion of gaskets, automatic overhead handling.
